The purpose of the Southern Illinois Radon Awareness Initiative and Partnership Program was to generate radon awareness and to encourage homeowners in Southern Illinois to take corrective action to reduce elevated radon levels.

At this time, we have currently distributed all 1000 of the free radon test kits. If you are still interested in testing your home, test kits may be requested for a $10.00 donation to the American Lung Association of Illinois.
